Vendor & Musician Application: 2025 Midsummer Festival
Applications are now open for Vendors, Nonprofit Organizations, and Musicians to be considered for participation in the Old Lyme Midsummer Festival on Saturday, July 26, 2025. The Festival takes place from 9am-3pm, Rain or Shine.

The festival celebrates all that makes Old Lyme special: Incredible art and history, a beautiful environment, thriving nonprofits, creative businesses, and a vibrant community. The festival takes place in the heart of Old Lyme’s Arts District on Lyme Street, on the grounds of the Lyme Art Association, the Old Lyme Inn, the Florence Griswold Museum, and the Roger Tory Peterson Estuary Center.

Application Process: This year, we are accepting and reviewing applications for booth space. Booth spaces are available for artists, artisans, local vendors, nonprofits, farmers, musicians, and food trucks. Nonprofits are required to provide a family activity for the festival’s “Hands On Minds On” program.

Applications will be accepted through April 30th. Vendors will be contacted by May 15th regarding acceptance.

The Application Form can be found in the linked Google Document here.

Please Note: Space assignments will be based on availability. Submitting an application does not guarantee a space. Assignment of booth spaces is solely at the discretion of the Old Lyme Midsummer Festival Committee.

Food vendors and Food vendors and food trucks will be responsible for their own temporary event permit with Ledge Light Health District. We cannot guarantee shade, nor can we guarantee that the ground will be entirely even.

Fees: You only pay when you are approved for a space. At that time, the Old Lyme Arts District Committee will provide you with payment directions. As the Festival is a "rain or shine" event, no refunds will be provided in the event of adverse weather or cancellation for any reason by the vendor.
